LAW6917: Climate Law

2 Credits

This seminar investigates some of the legal issues that arise from climate change. We will examine the ways that existing laws at the municipal, state, federal, and international level interact with the climate crisis. Students will be encouraged to consider how these laws might be reformed in light of the latest knowledge about climate policy.
